  • Cake Mix Cookies: Preheat oven to 350

    Ingredients:

     1 box cake mix

     2 large eggs

     ½ cup vegetable oil or melted unsalted butter

    Stir together the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil.

    Mix in add-ins as desired.

    Form dough into 1 inch balls, or use a cookie scoop.

    Place cookies 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake 6-10 minutes depending on how soft you like your cookies.

    Cool on baking sheet 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

    Variations:

    Chocolate-Chocolate Chip – use chocolate cake mix and add 1 cup of chocolate chips

    Funfetti – Use Funfetti cake mix and add ½ cup sprinkles

    Lemon – Use Lemon cake mix and add lemon pudding mix

    Red Velvet – Use Red Velvet cake mix and add white chocolate chips

    Pumpkin Spike – use 1 box spice cake mix and add pumpkin pudding mix

    Chocolate Mint – Use chocolate cake mix and add 1 cup mint chocolate chips

    Turtle – Use chocolate cake mix and add 1 cup caramel chips and ½ -1 cup pecans

    Coconut – Use vanilla cake mix and add 1 cup shredded coconut

    Strawberry – Use strawberry cake mix and add 1 cup white chocolate chips

    Carrot Cake – Use carrot cake mix and add 1 cup raisins and 1 cup walnuts

    Chocolate Peanut Butter – Use chocolate cake mix and add 1 cup peanut butter chips

    German Chocolate – Use German Chocolate cake mix and add chopped pecans and

    flaked coconut

    Chocolate Chip – Use yellow cake mix and add semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Chocolate Caramel – Use chocolate cake mix and add Rolo candies
