Buildings do more than just provide shelter. The materials, building forms, and fashionable details can tell us much about the people who built and used them. The “Building Montgomery” history exhibit will explore the changes in architectural styles and techniques over time and how these buildings illustrate the story of the people who built them.

We are calling artists to participate in the accompanying art theme show “Building Montgomery County” so let your imagination roam! This is your chance to exhibit at the museum.

Subjects may include, but not limited to:

  • Historical buildings in Montgomery County

  • Historical tools

  • People at work in construction

  • etc.

This exhibit will run from July 5 to August 28, 2025

Fees

Registration is $15 for Museum members,  $20 for non-members.   No images are required to register. Several days  before the opening you will be asked to register your title and price (if any). Up to three (3) pieces may be submitted.
